About Me
Hi, welcome to my little corner of the www! If I haven't already given it away, my name is Terri Brown and I am a published author and writer of just about anything. I have worked in the publishing industry in one form or another for over 25 years. Newspapers, magazines, online content, SEO and blogs - both works of fiction and informative pieces. I am a freelance content writer for hire. I write a lot for other people, helping them with their blogs, their website content, their autobiographies. My first book is published on Amazon now! And my first fiction novel Shadow Man is now available in paperback and digital too!
I have created this website to say hello and let you see some of my work. You can even click on me and have me talk at you! Exciting huh?
I am a flexible writer who loves doing research and writing – feel free to have a good look around. I welcome all comments but if it’s something bad please end on a compliment because we writers are a fragile lot.
Work Experience
2006 - Today
Freelance content writer offering my writing services to companies and individuals around the world. I blog, create SEO website content, ghost write and produce informative articles for publication.
Before that...
I started out at the Coventry Evening Telegraph working as editors assistant on an insert magazine called the TV Trader. There was only two of us working on it so I did a little bit of everything. From there I went to Jobsfront magazine which unfortunately ended up being more about selling advertising than creating a magazine but thankfully I was soon head hunted by a Publishing company that produced Internet Monthly magazine and a new internet music magazine called MP3X. I was editors assistant here until the company went into liquidation due to its other publications.
Moving abroad I then wrote for Tenerife Living and Tenerife lifestyles magazines for nearly two years before starting my own video production company.
I currently live on the South coast of mainland Spain and am a producer of a radio show and a local TV station.
